Cruise Reservation

By purchasing these tickets you are agreeing to the following terms:
*Minneapolis Queen Cruises LLC, DBA Minneapolis Queen is not responsible for consequences arising from or associated with adverse weather. In the event of rain, reserved cruise times go as scheduled. If weather precludes the cruise, the cruise will be held dockside until the weather improves or cruise time expires. PCC/MQ is not responsible for river and or lock closures due to repair or other issues beyond our control directed by others.
*Ticket purchases are non-refundable within 3 days (72 hrs) of the cruise time. Please arrive 30 minutes before your cruise for check-in and boarding. Boarding will begin 15 minutes before the cruise time.
*The cruise passenger and/or guests assume all risk of personal injury and loss of or damage to personal property. It is agreed that the cruise is a “Ride at your own risk attraction”.
*Legal Drinking age is 21 years of age. Any excessive alcohol consumption, disruptions, or illegal drugs onboard is not allowed. Personal food and beverages are prohibited onboard.
